Start your journey near the Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště railway station. Find the cycle route No. 5150. To the first stop, the Dolní mlýn signpost, the path leads through a flat landscape of fields, and you can rarely see vineyards on the hills to the right. From the signpost further, the road will be more interesting. In front of you you will see the towers of the Velehrad monastery. In the village of Modrá you will pass two ponds and soon the road will start almost close to the monastery and the famous Basilica of St. Cyril and Methodius. From this church complex, take Hradišťská Street to the Archaeological Museum.

In the open-air museum you will see various wooden, clay and stone buildings, as well as a sample of archeological excavations. It deals thematically with the period of Great Moravia. The park also has a low lookout tower. Then go in the direction of the lookout tower, along the cycle route No. 5013, at the same time the Fauna and Flora of Chřiby nature trail leads along it. It is not far to the lookout tower.

Its heel stands at a height of about 282 meters above sea level and is surrounded by several strips of vineyards. With good visibility, you will see the peaks of the Chřiby upland in the north, and to the south you can see almost to the White Carpathians. There are at least five similar ones in the area.

Make your way back on another road, take a small detour to the village of Jalubí (cycle route no. 5050) there is a replica of a windmill standing on a hill above the village. On this road you will cross the elevation of 276 m above sea level, you will go half the route uphill and the other downhill. The mentioned cycle route will take you out of the village, copying the route of Jalubská Street. After a slight initial climb, a pleasant descent around the vineyard on the outskirts of the village awaits you. Following the cycle route No. 550, you can then comfortably drive through the city center to the railway station. If you have some time left, drive to the Šrotík lookout tower - it is styled like a lighthouse and not far from it you can see archeological excavations called Hospitals as a bonus.
