Iron and wood were chosen as the material for this 15.2 meter high building. . The building is located at an altitude of 429 meters and was officially opened in June 2004.
The viewing platform is located at a height of 6.2 meters and a total of 50 steps lead to it. After their ascent, you will have a view of the flat area around Náměště nad Oslavou.
You can get to the lookout tower on the asphalt road from Ocmanice to the south. There is also a marked bike path.
The lookout tower is open daily without restrictions, only during the winter it is sometimes closed due to bad weather.
You will find a completely unique lookout tower about half a kilometer from Ocmanice. It is unique especially for its shape of Indian tee-pee or if you want space rockets. It was built above the reservoir and the project was developed by Zdeněk Látal from Brno. The lookout tower was officially opened on June 10, 2004.
Structurally, it is the shape of an octagonal regular pyramid. The wooden elements are anchored to the steel feet.
Near the lookout tower you will find a wooden rest area.
