Lavičky - Kosova Mountain
Are you a nature lover? Are you interested in endangered plant species? Then be sure to head to the Kosova Hora - Lavičky area, where you can find the rare Winged Krucinečka.
4 km east of the town of Sedlčany you will find the village of Kosova Hora in the Central Bohemian Region, where only 1289 inhabitants live. Benches are also part of it. It is here, on an area of 16.38 ha, that there is a natural monument, which is an important site of Kručinečka křídlatá. This small perennial herb from the legume family grows to a height of 10 - 25 cm and its flowers growing in rich grapes are yellow. The plant prefers dry lawns. Kosova Hora - Benches was declared a natural monument in 1946.

Bike trails and hiking trails marked with blue and red tourist signs will take you around.
In Kosovo Hora you can also visit a Renaissance chateau rebuilt from an old fortress from the 13th century. Of the old fortress, only the tower has been preserved, which is now part of the castle. The castle is surrounded by a castle park.
