Tabor Zoo
If you like animals and if you also spend your free time in the south of Bohemia, don't forget to visit Tábor. In the immediate vicinity of the historic town you will find the largest zoo in southern Bohemia. The area is home to more than 80 species of animals, mostly from the American continent, including lions, cougars, jaguars, but also domestic creatures such as goats, sheep and mini-pigs.
