Interesting facts Ballymotte

It is therefore an artificial ruin, in the vicinity of which there are a number of stone sculptures by the local sculptor Kvíčala. Children will certainly be amazed by the huge statue of a dragon with an open mouth, which can comfortably fit an adult. In the vicinity you can meet a stone turtle and other animals. But the tooth of time has already done its thing, so some of you don't know what they were supposed to represent. The forest is also distinguished by a small lake and a gazebo.

Nalžovské Hory have not had their name since time immemorial, they were created by merging two adjacent villages - Nalžovy and Stříbrné Hory. In the Middle Ages, they were known for mining silver ore. It is located about 11 kilometers from Klatovy and you can see the castle, located in a magnificent English park.

So if you are hesitant about where to go, we recommend this place. It is one of the most beautiful. Wading through fallen leaves and being pampered by the sun shining through the trees is an experience beyond experiences. So hurray for nature. And a windbreaker with you.
