Lipno nad Vltavou

Lipno nad Vltavou is known throughout the Czech Republic mainly due to the reservoir. It is originally a lumbering village, which has gradually turned into a well-known recreation center, which is every year, especially in summer, an extremely popular tourist destination. After the middle of the 20th century, the construction of the Lipno reservoir was completed and the village of Lipno nad Vltavou gained a new face. Not only will you find several campsites and guest houses, but also an aqua park, a bike park or a bobsled run and a ski area.
